I started this project to provide a fast way to render Minecraft avatars very quickly, to fulfill an internal need I had for another project I was working on (also built on Cloudflare Workers).

Why Workers?

Cloudflare Workers has proven itself for this use case, sometimes providing 15% to 200% TTFB improvement compared to traditional hosted solutions.
